Cubbee takes you from a 2am question to the right sleep consultant. Start with a guide, let the quiz match you, or compare the directory yourself. You deal with consultants directly, and searching and contacting them through Cubbee is free.

Start with the question, not a directory. Search the sleep guides for a straight, evidence-based answer on what's happening tonight, or if you'd rather go straight to a person, take the 2-minute quiz. Both are free, and neither needs an account.

Get matched or compare
The quiz matches you to consultants who fit your child's age, the approach you're comfortable with, how you'd like to work together, and your budget. Prefer to look yourself? The full directory has the same filters, and every profile shows methods, age groups, formats, service area, credentials, and a price range where the consultant provides one, in the same place every time. No three discovery calls just to learn someone's out of budget or doesn't do gentle settling.

Contact directly
Message a consultant straight from their profile with your name, email, and what's going on. We make sure they receive it, and any reply comes straight to your email. No login, no app, and nothing to check but your inbox.

Choose
Talk to two or three before you commit. Many offer a free intro call, and any good consultant expects to be compared. Pick the one whose approach you could actually stick with at 2am.
What does 'reviewed' mean?
Every listing is reviewed by a real person before it goes live. We review listings for relevance, completeness, and obvious accuracy: the consultant genuinely offers sleep support, their details and links work, and their profile says clearly what they do and who they work with. Listings that don't meet that bar don't get published.
Just as important is what we don't do: we do not provide clinical accreditation, endorse a particular sleep method, or guarantee outcomes. Credentials shown on profiles are as stated by the consultant, so if certification matters to you, ask them about it directly.
Searching and contacting consultants through Cubbee is free for parents, and we don't take a cut of what you pay your consultant. Featured listings are always labelled.
